Dr Riya Sangra
Chiropractic
"As a kid I went along to my mum's chiropractic appointments for her elbow, knee and hip. I did not understand the treatment, but I understood that she came out lighter than she went in. That stayed with me." That experience still shapes how Dr Sangra practises today. Her mission is simple: to improve her patients' quality of life through compassionate and evidence-based care. Dr Sangra has worked across two very different worlds. At Assisi Aged Care she learned to adapt her treatment to bodies that need patience and gentleness. At the RMIT Sport Academy she worked with athletes chasing performance. Both taught her the same lesson: that no two patients are the same, and that listening comes before treating. Dr Sangra has practised in Hoppers Crossing for the past two years and is looking forward to caring for more of the local community. Qualifications and skills: • Bachelor of Health Science and Applied Science (Chiropractic) • Myofascial Dry Needling and Cupping, Levels 1 and 2 • Activator Method Chiropractic Technique, Fundamentals seminar completed • Fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi, offering care in the language you are most comfortable in Available: Fridays, 8am to 5pm
