“I have been to this clinic many times and found my experience to be very good. The front desk are always friendly, informative and helpful. Dr David is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The nurse was also very friendly and gave her time to make me feel comfortable and could ask questions if required.<br>The clinic is clean and organised. Well presented. Tv for children and a play pen for younger children in the waiting area. Easy parking and caters for disability with ramps and front and rear doors.<br>Overall i recommend this clinic.”

“Was seen here slightly earlier than my appointment time. The consultation was quick but highly informative. Dr Mariam Kamel gave a thorough explanation regarding the reason for my symptoms and gave clear advice regarding what should be done next. She actually bothered to check my throat, ear and temperature as well as a COVID check for my cough and voice loss instead of some other clinics which simply want to rush patients out of the door.<br><br>She was also very proactive about preventative care and suggested for further screening with blood tests and other tests based on my age and gender which I appreciate. While it was a bit difficult for me to get to the practice, this will be the only practice I go to in the future if I have an medical issues.<br><br>The actual practice is very spacious and comfortable with multiple seats and a nice waiting area and the receptionists were quick to acknowledge me when I was waiting.<br><br>I ended up getting a blood test done at the adjoined 4Cyte Pathology clinic. Unforunately, the phlebotomist struggled to find the vein to conduct venipuncture so the procedure was a bit more painful than usual and I ended up getting jabbed twice with a needle. We did eventually get there in the end after much struggling. She was very apologetic throughout the entire process and I don't hold it against her. These things happen and I'm sure with more time and practice it'll be better.<br><br>I wish the clinic all the best, and I hope their standard of care remains at a high level even after they start to get busier.”
